Invisible loyalties

‘Invisible loyalties’ is a concept developed by Ivan Boszormenyi-Nagy, a psychiatrist and an innovator of family systems therapy. It describes unconscious attachments, obligations or behavioural patterns that exist between members of a family, especially children and their parents. Each of the works presented in this series can be perceived as a representation of a system of relationships within a single family.
